Identify and recommend sources of procurement; post tender requirement in the UN Procurement Division website for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations to Bid (ITBs.)

Introduction and registration of new RSCE high level staff members assigned to work in Uganda and brief them about protocol matters and local customs.

The Centre provides efficient, client-oriented and scalable services with the goal of moving transactional, non-location dependent administrative functions to the Centre from its client entities

The Driver will perform a wide range of safe, reliable, courteous and discreet ground transportation and support services for various stakeholders of the RSCE.

Provides technical advice on procurement activities to officials of substantive units during all phases of the procurement cycle.

Provide information about frequency of air services and provides advice to staff and consultants on the most direct and economical airfare rates for such travel as permitted by the rules and regulations.

The Finance Officer at this level is responsible for providing support in the execution of varied and inter-related operational and logistical activities.
