Prepares interim - final project and handover reports and maintain the relevant project records.

Provides support and training in the update and testing of improvements, changes, and upgrades to the Umoja travel solution.

Foresees risks and allows for contingencies when planning. Monitors and adjusts plans and actions as necessary.

Process Assignment Grants, Relocation Grants, and DSA payments. Approve and create profile in Progen for payroll.

Monitors the execution of the training plan by ensuring that all stakeholders comply with the training targets set for the year by the stakeholders.

Monitor budget implementation/expenditures and assist with the reallocation of funds as necessary.

Verify that all necessary travel documents, such as visas and passports, are in order and comply with host country regulations.

Ensures the application of the UN's Financial Regulations and Rules and provide authoritative advice to counterparts and client missions in this regard.

Analyzes client missions' air support requests and provides guidance and decision in regard to the air transport feasibility of the requested task.

Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including orientation sessions, completion of required paperwork

Coordinates periodic surveys and data analyses with internal and external stakeholders; review, analyze and report on key findings; and prepare / present recommendations for improvement.

Administrate the Centre's allotments in accordance with the established procedures including redeployment/reallocation of funds
