As a Redeem Administrative Specialist, you will provide administrative support the other members of the casework team

Assisting in identifying funding opportunities and preparing grant applications to support social work programs.

Developing and facilitating trainings and equipping projects that will improve DPP performance;

Coordinating with Redeem’s Operations and HR Managers in matters related to the office premises;

Ensuring public awareness of relevant laws and law enforcement interventions through events, meetings,

Partnering with other members of the casework team in developing Redeem’s overall intervention strategy and developing trauma-informed intervention strategies in individual cases;

Maintaining accurate and organized records and filing systems, both physical and digital.

Performing clerical duties (photocopying, filing, posting, errands, etc.) as needed, and Completing other duties as assigned.

Providing on-site technical support and guidance to clients or end-users, helping them resolve issues.

Ensuring that client information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
