The Senior Technical Advisor (STA) will provide expert technical support to programs focused on scaling Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) prevention initiatives.

The STA will provide quality and sustained technical assistance to programs that scale VAWG prevention initiatives, towards ethical and effective scaling process

The consultant will provide strategic and technical support to partners who develop and implement innovative violence against women and girls’ prevention programs.

Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback processes. Develop and coordinate training and development programs for staff.

Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content across various platforms (e.g., websites, social media, newsletters).

Coordinate with different departments to facilitate project progress. Track project budgets and expenditures.

Provide technical support and guidance to members of the Network to facilitate processes within their organizations or other activists in their communities.

Oversee and provide technical guidance and implementation of the VAW Prevention program and activities that promote quality and innovation in VAW Practice, the Network and Influencing areas.

Ensure external TA providers stay up to date with emerging learnings to enable them to provide quality and effective TA to partners.
