The Teaching Assistant (Primary) in Uganda will support the classroom teacher in delivering quality education to young learners.

Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, delivery logs, and hours worked.

Collect and analyze data on students' post-secondary plans, college acceptances, and career outcomes to assess the effectiveness of guidance programs and services.

Encourage children to develop independence, self-help skills, and confidence by providing opportunities for them to make choices, solve problems, and explore their interests.
