Collaborates with the Managing Director on the upkeep of the organization and updates all documents under the HSPM.

Analyze customer needs, pain points, and industry dynamics to inform our business development strategy.

Collaborate with IT and data teams to design and optimize data quality controls.

Evaluate CONTRACTOR method statements and work procedures in conjunction with Welding and NDT Field Engineering.

Work collaboratively with key internal departments to shape the Company’s approach on key CSR topics.

Ensure that Contractors progress on the appropriate high-priority work-fronts in order to stick to the level-3 schedule.

Review and provide support in reporting for quarterly, annual and any other required reports for National content, Authorities.

Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.

Direct and oversee completion of project.

Assist in talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and selection processes.

Utilize deep technical knowledge to make informed decisions, provide guidance, and solve complex technical challenges.
