Support the F&B manager to ensure that Brand Standards are upheld and adhered to in the F&B service at all time.

Together with the F&B manager, design and implement sales promotional activities to achieve the revenue target.

He/She will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance of the public areas within the hotel.

Conduct regular inventory checks for accurate ordering and monitor stock transfers.
