The Teller reports to the Branch Operations Manager and is responsible for handling and posting all across-the-counter cash transactions on behalf of Pride in accordance with the set policies and procedures

The Relationship Officer – Agribusiness reports to the Branch Manager through the Relationship Manager and is responsible for recruiting and nurturing new Agribusiness deals

The Customer Experience Officers reports to the Branch Operations Manager and is responsible for responding to clients’ inquiries and complaints.

Negotiate for competitive prices for both assets and liabilities to achieve a stable net income.

Improve service quality results by studying, evaluating, re-designing processes and implementing change.

Drive the development of the Bank wide strategies utilizing and capitalizing on competitive market intelligence.

Automate data analysis and reporting to ensure there is timely delivery of reports needed for decision-making.

Provide leadership by ensuring resource allocation, training and development, performance management for the branch teams.

Participate in mobilizing deposits by persuading/ convincing firms and individuals to open accounts at the branch.

Supervise cash operations within the branch while ensuring that the highest standard of customer service is delivered.

Provide legal services to Pride in a timely manner and ensure that business operations are within the established laws.

Analyse business application requirements and develop specifications for databases construction and maintenance.
