Closely monitor the market for dynamics on customer behavior, competition, policies, regulations and compliance requirements.

Prepare and maintain organisational strategies that address the evolving business risk and information control requirements.

Implementing sales and marketing strategies to expand the bank’s market share within the region.

Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and early warning indicators to proactively identify potential risks.

Research and analyze market trends, competition, and potential growth opportunities within the region.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls related to reporting and financial management.

Initiate updates to the AML/CFT and Sanctions Policies and the related procedures and processes based on the results of the risk assessment.

Ensure the ambience / branding of the branches, Wendi Agents is in line with the Bank’s vision with frequent brand audits for quality control.

Develop a robust communications strategy which will bolster the bank’s brand, image and reputation through consistent messaging and innovative communication methodologies.

Liaise with branches and business units in planning and implementing key segment internal and external communication plans aligned to the Bank’s Business growth plans.

Prepare monthly reports on inventory requisitions, purchases, distributions, stock balances and advise on obsolete stocks for disposal, running low stocks and over stocked items.
