Responsible for conducting independent, objective assessments of Posta Uganda’s financial, operational, and compliance processes.

Responsible for sorting, processing, and distributing mail efficiently and accurately across Posta Uganda’s network.

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the office premises, assisting with clerical tasks, and providing logistical support to staff.

The officer is responsible for identifying the organization's procurement needs, sourcing goods and services, and overseeing disposal activities of redundant or obsolete assets.

The role involves managing routine financial transactions and ensuring the company’s financial activities align with legal standards.

Provide management with value for money audits by participating in the planning of auditable areas in order to determine audit objectives and resources needed.

Deliver procurement savings through the selection of preferred suppliers and enter into preferred supplier agreements.

Provide financial information including analysis of the financial status and projected out-turns and participate in the production of standard accounting reports.

Operate the Post Bus safely and in accordance with traffic laws and regulations.

Sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages according to established routes and delivery schedules

Design and implement internal audit policies, procedures, plans, programs in line with Posta Uganda objectives and strategic plan

Check that the money and associated documentation for the Post Bus daily collections are accurate
