The Training Mobilization Intern will coordinate mobilization of young people aged 18-34 years, both in and alumni of tertiary institutions, across 6 districts.

This position will carry out the operational and preventive maintenance of PSI vehicles to support the delivery of services to PSI Customers

The Private Sector Engagement (PSE) Manager will contribute to fostering strong relationships and collaborations with Ministry of Health, District Health Teams, Health Unit Management Committees

Chain Management and IT that are linked to platform minimum standards, platform strategic plans and donor deliverables.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals.

Facilitate project team members, subject matter experts, and external contributors to develop publication content

Provide support and guidance to internal teams in managing internal and external collaborations and guide external partners engagement and affiliation with PSIU.

Process and consolidate raw quantitative and qualitative data from routine forms, questionnaires, interview notes and other data collection instruments.

Lead the implementation of the demand creation /social behavioral change strategy to drive demand for SRH and FP services in the districts of operation

Prepare and oversee accurate and timely monthly payroll for PSI Uganda using the Human Resource Information System, ensuring compliance with tax laws, financial guidelines, and remuneration policies.

Ensure compliance of all activities (i.e. financial, minimum standards, program quality assurance, donor regulations) and that all audit recommendations are implemented according to schedule.

Ensure that valuable insights and lessons learned are systematically captured, documented, and shared/published.
