You will support school improvement by conducting inspections, monitoring progress, and providing reports to ensure continuous improvement within the assigned schools.

The MEL Officer will play a crucial role in supporting PEAS’ Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) objectives by conducting monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities.

The Communication Officer is tasked with creating and executing a comprehensive communication strategy that aligns with PEAS’ organizational objectives

This position will collaborate with the School Network team to deliver professional HR expertise to school leaders and staff.

This role focuses primarily (90%) on managing grants and ensuring compliance, reporting, and coordination, with a secondary focus (10%) on supporting new business development.

Act as the focal point between PEAS country MEL teams and Global Technical Team in relation to PEAS partner schools;

Design Materials for Teacher and Leader Development Documentation and Reporting

Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of respondents' information by adhering to strict confidentiality protocols and data protection regulations

Keeping an eye on fuel consumption, tracking expenses, and maintaining fuel reports.

Representing PEAS in our schools and communities

The role will aim to achieve operational excellence in People and Culture at both office and school level ensuring that we are attracting, recruiting, selecting, retaining the best people and supporting them to deliver exceptional services to the young people we serve.
