Oversee the credit administration processes and procedures in the bank, including documentation, collateral perfection, collateral custody, next day reviews and loan disbursement

To provide leadership and overall direction of business growth in the region/assigned branches

Responsible for day to day management, oversight, monitoring and reporting on the Project and any other Project segment within Opportunity Bank Uganda ltd.

Overseeing and implementing the institution’s cybersecurity program and enforcing the cyber and technology policy.

Develop and periodically monitor a risk management register for the procurement section and escalate issues arising.

Monitor portfolio by tracking all clients, identifying any potential default cases and developing mitigants for them.

Coordinate and communicate updates of the bank’s policies and procedures to reflect changes in the regulatory requirements and bank standards.

Pro-active actions to be taken monthly to ensure that the maximum number of clients pay their loan installments on time.

Ensure an effective internal staff communication strategy and approach including monthly newsletter and staff communications activities and events.

Implementing security measures to protect applications from threats and vulnerabilities. Performance Optimization

Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data through validation and checks.Database Design and Development

Liaise with the Compliance Manager to prepare the training outcome report on matters related to training on policies and procedures.
