The Field Coordinator will Manage day to day HR & Admin, finance, logistics and security tasks of the field office

Implements independently procedures and activities within own function or core competency as delegated.

Help in conducting needs assessment data collection, analysis, and report generation on periodic basis.

Oversee the day-to-day operations at the access centres and enhance structured access of PWS to the different services providers and information packs.

Responsible to develop the CO monitoring, evaluation and learning strategy, responding to contextual challenges but also ensuring alignment with the regional strategy and global MEL framework, policy and strategy.

Organize all Procurement processes and ensure adherence with NRC Policies, tools, handbooks, guidelines, and donor regulations.

Cleaning the office rooms including vacuum cleaning, desks, chairs, windows, windows net and office equipment.
