The Head of Creative will be responsible for driving the overall creative vision and brand identity of the company across all platforms—TV, print, online, and radio.

The Events Coordinator drives the planning, execution, and evaluation of all Nation Media Group events to generate revenue and memorable experiences.

Responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy to meet company objectives for all broadcast products.

Responsible for the delivery of daily news including breaking news.

Maintain sales contacts with appropriate representatives of major advertisers and to follow-up and resolve any complaints. Develop prospects of potential clients.

Plans production maintenance for weekly. monthly. bi-monthly. quarterly, half-yearly and yearly maintenance tasks.

Analyze market trends and data to refine strategies and report on ROI and campaign performance to senior management.

Maintain sales contacts with appropriate representatives of major advertisers and to follow-up and resolve any complaints.

Ensure that all the tasks specified by the planner are carried out on due dates in accordance with the approved procedures.

Ensure that all the attachments/supporting documents required by the client are in order to ease the collection process.

Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Utilize HR analytics to assess key HR metrics and share data-driven insights with the HRM and Business management.
