The Credit Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s credit risk and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts from customers.

Primary responsibilities are to develop and implement efficient security strategies to safeguard company’s physical assets and maintain a secure work environment

You will lead Go-to-Market and Business Development activities for MTN Digital Platform Services.

You will manage the implementation cycle of non-technical projects (e.g., facilities, products, trade branding, and services). In addition, the position is entrusted with ensuring workmanship quality.

Execution of telephonic research interviews and preparation of research reports with additional responsibilities for supporting overall research activities

You will manage project implementation cycle, Ensure workmanship quality during project implementation, Contractor Management and Resource and stakeholder management

To schedule and track contact Centre staff and activities so as to achieve optimal utilization of resources.

The purpose of this job is primarily to review MTN system architecture, consumer products, new technologies, or revenue streams based on call data record formats/ information
