The Supply Planning Executive (SPE) is responsible for stewardship of the Supplies and Logistics functions to meet company’s market share and profit objectives;

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align efforts and achieve business goals.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.

Oversee the entire hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.

Analyze financial data to assess the profitability and return on investment of sales activities.

Ensure the retail station opens and closes on schedule, adhering to operational hours.

Understanding product features, specifications, and benefits to provide accurate information to customers.

Engineers manage projects from conception through completion, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

To ensure customer retention, recruitment and good customer service

Implementing an aggressive sales and marketing strategy to promote and sell MOGAS products, thereby expanding the customer base and achieving target sales.

Plan, manage, and control maintenance schedules and costs for Fuel Depots, Retail Stations, and other MOGAS facilities.
