The field team Counsellor will be required to provide quality HIV testing and counselling services.

The Satellite Hospital-based Regional/District Laboratory Technologists will be responsible for receiving, verifying and processing whole blood samples

Designing, implementing, and managing an effective framework for monitoring and evaluation.

Issue necessary site instructions to ensure good quality and workmanship plus compliance to specifications.

Establish and maintain robust data management systems to ensure accurate and timely data collection, entry, and storage.

Develop tools including APIs and web interfaces used to interpret omics datasets. Implement solutions to improve analysis workflow efficiency Improve standardization of data resources of various types, including genomic, other amics, phenotype, and associated med review results and feedback to implement continuous development, present results and progress at the team and other meetings.

Propagate bioinformatics adoption within the public service structures through demonstration of its utility in public health interventions.

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment such as DNA sequencers, PCR machines, and other molecular biology instruments

Participate in efforts to achieve and maintain appropriate accreditation and licensure for the clinical laboratory for current and future tests.

Participate in the development of Laboratory Biosafety/Biosecurity standards and guidelines for capacity building of personnel to promote safety and security awareness
