Ensure proper office management by performing all secretarial and office management duties.

The Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Program Manager, Finance, and Administration.

The Office Attendant will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and secure office environment.

The Manager Finance and Administration will provide leadership in coordinating both financial and administrative functions of the Secretariat, ensuring proper resource allocation and compliance with regulations.

The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of the Ministry, ensuring that all income, expenditure, and stores are effectively controlled.

Driving the vehicle for official duty and assignments;

Coordinating development and establishment of guidelines for research, planning and data management at the Secretariat in order to guide programme development for the Youth;

Analyzing and advising on industrial building plans according to Occupational Safety and Health Act, No. 9 of 2006 and other legislations

Inputting, updating, and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and other records. Organizing files, documents, and other materials to ensure easy access and retrieval.

To drive and maintain the project vehicles in accordance with the MGLSD fleet management
policy guidelines and as directed by the supervising officer.
