Responsible for executing stock management activities in the Health Facility store

Ensure good flow of patients to avoid overcrowded rooms and patients standing up for a long time while waiting for their turn

Identify maintenance needs and immediately alert the supervisor of any conditions of concern before transporting passengers

Manage procurement process in accordance with MTI and donor policies and procedures, in a transparent, accountable, efficient and cost effective manner

Ensure that medical practices are conducted with the highest level of integrity and ethics according to professional and MTI Code of Conduct

Enter reporting data into national and donor reporting platforms (DHIS2, HIS and others) according to deadlines

Prepare analysis of budget versus actual and other internal reports to support the Field management team in decision making.

Ensure data traceability by recording all medical activities on patients card and in registration books such that patient treatment is continuous

Provide training for medical staff on diagnosis and treatment of severe and common mental health disorders

Control the rational distribution of medicine and equipment; ensure sterilization and good maintenance of medical equipment

Collaborate with In-Charge to prepare stock request; responsible for submitting request to Store Officer and following up on delivery.

Ensure hygiene and sterilization criteria, including universal precautions, are met; manage waste as per good laboratory practices
