Develop and oversee plans to meet facility/project Objectives, Targets, and Goals aligned to the Global and BL Strategies and O&Ts

This position is expected perform most logistics execution activities autonomously with the guidance of the Logistics Manager

Ensure the ERT maintain the highest performance through regular training and refresher training as necessary.

Review and development of Lifting and load calculations and project documentation

Assist users through telephone, remote control of desktops, ail, and direct contact at the helpdesk or users’ desk

Coordinate the subcontracts bid proposal process, collate subcontracts document, follow up, and ad hoc requirements

Oversee storage tank construction activities to ensure compliance with construction schedules, drawings, job specifications and procedures.

Resolve operational and maintenance issues during Commissioning, Start-Up, and Performance Tests

Prepare RFQ Packages, development of Commercial Bid Analysis (CBE) and coordination of Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE)

Work with subcontractors to complete project within given timeframe Coordinate works between multiple contractors

Corporate Initiatives and other relevant documentation that may impact the development of the HSE Management System
