Carry out standard installation, maintenance and repair activities under detailed guidance. Troubleshoot basic technical or operational problems by applying previously defined solutions.

Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.

Collaborate internally and work as the customer champion in cross-functional teams to build strong external customer relationships.

Carry out maintenance and repair tasks, following detailed instructions and working under close supervision to complete the allocated tasks.

Respond to more advanced issue escalations promptly and appropriately; provide managerial approvals as required.

Provide initial fault isolation and support in proposing resolution for approval by Team Leader to limit and address issues promptly

During sales interactions, look for opportunities to bridge customer needs to additional products/services offered by the organization.

Develop working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards

Receive and screen visitors answering routine questions, providing them with information or directing their requests elsewhere

Record and process custom/special orders that may require additional resources for delivery and coordinating with those teams as required
