Supervise students during practicum experiences in early childhood settings, providing guidance and feedback on teaching practices

Participate in departmental and university committees, as well as professional organizations, to contribute to academic governance

Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student learning outcomes and program effectiveness.

Develop course materials, syllabi, assignments, and assessments that align with program objectives and promote student learning.

Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals, conference proceedings, and other scholarly outlets.
