Maintain and manage retail client relationship to cross sale and up-sale bank products and services

Work in partnership with business leadership to support growth consistent with our strategy-aligned Risk Appetite, and in partnership with business areas.

Ensure support to the MSQC to achieve timely resolution of all operational audit issues at the branch

Ensure the complete and effective resolution of customer’s immediate queries or concerns at first point of contact.

Ensure safety and maintenance of branch assets, provide effective oversight and general administration to all branch staff.

Filing all cashier’s payments/receipts related correspondences directed to you receiving and recording cheque deposits

Coordinate and support the branches in running effective NGOs, FBOs, Associations & Professional Firms sales activations, generating leads and dealing with queries and complaints

Ensure Agents are trained on account opening at their outlets and create awareness for customers around the agent touch points about the services offered by the agent.

Receive and solve or escalate both verbal and written customer complaints as well as update complaints register.

Ensure Branch risk registers & KRIs are up to date, and event/loss incidents are maintained/reported as per stipulated timelines.

Acquisition of new customers and offer advisory services on the unique products and services offering to them.

Implements service delivery standards, policies and procedures to support the bank business plan, business operations and support functions
