You will Create and Manage client relationships and accounts to minimize attrition.

Responsible for Sourcing for new personal banking business opportunities in coordination with the sales team and other units.

You will deal with customer queries, requests, instructions, suggestions/service feedback and dissemination of information on bank products to both existing and potential customers.

You will Execute sales of SME assets, Liabilities, and other product types as per targets allocated by your Branch Manager.

You will Design and implement the Bank’s staff development policy and ensure that the Bank’s learning and development program is implemented and evaluated

Responsible for Receiving /paying cash and cheques across the counter

The position will among other functions provide first line compliance surveillance, guidance and management on Data Protection and Privacy processes

You will Ensure Compliance and timely disbursement, control and review all the processes and the policies that facilitate good customer relationship service delivery within the Bank.

This position is responsible for formulating and driving the Corporate Banking strategy and plans, sales, growth, profitability and relevant market share

You will Recover money from NPL clients and rehabilitate them to normal as per allocated portfolio and classification.

You will manage lending risk for KCB Bank Uganda corporate, mortgage, SME and personal loans book through analysis of credit applications in accordance with the Bank’s credit policy

The Agency Banking Manager will Lead and deliver on all projects related to Agency Banking.
