Monitor staff attendance at head Office and other field Offices in liaison with Administrative Assistants of the specific Offices

Maintain the designated office space, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and in good condition.

Support in the identification and enrolment of beneficiaries for the targeted interventions, in line with the beneficiary identification criteria.

Works closely together with project staff and collaborates in a constructive way with leaders in zones/transit/collection centers.

Support in the identification and enrolment of beneficiaries for the targeted interventions, in line with the beneficiary identification criteria.

Support facilitator/project officer/counselor to rollout sessions; where he/she is unavailable during planned sessions.

The Procurement and Logistics Officer will majorly be responsible for management of procurement сусles logistics and transport guided by the existing procurement, transport and finance procedures a guideline at KRC- UGANDA.

Under the guidance of the Project Manager, Agricultural Extension Officer (Livestock) will take lead to implement, monitor and report on all KULEA WATOTO Project activities that target the clients organised in Care Groups, Business Groups and VSLAs in the project targeted areas.

The prospective candidate for this position will be responsible for selling radio airtime.
