Coordinate and supervise the molecular lab research assistants, research technicians, casuals, interns, and trainees

• Ensure compliance with government regulations and ensure health and safety standards in operating farm machinery and equipment on IITA farms in Uganda.

Coordinate NRS, STS, and casuals’ recruitment and engagement processes, managing and maintaining all related documentation on recruitment files.

Operate and maintain vehicles assigned in a manner that ensures greatest safety possible for the vehicle and its passengers and that maximizes vehicle working life.
