Innovations for Poverty Action- Uganda (IPAU) Jobs january 2024

Assist in managing IPA relationships with implementing partners and other high-level stakeholders involved with the project.

Supporting financial administration tasks (monthly spending reviews, cost transfers, payment requests, invoicing, etc.)

Develop and advance the program’s communication strategy leveraging it to disseminate IPA’s scaling work and lessons.

To establish a pool of competent trainers within IPA Uganda capable of cascading knowledge and skills to colleagues across various departments and programs.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including direct interaction with leadership staff from partner organizations.

Contribute to IPA impact potential through proactive reflection on lessons learned to suggest systematic improvements in current and future engagements

Equip and empower staff in our 20 country offices to effectively and strategically communicate with decision- makers at the country-level.

Distill complex information into concise summaries, briefs, data visualizations, and clear presentations tailored for non-technical audiences.
