Excellent analytical skills, experience conducting multi-sectoral analysis highly desirable;

The PANDA Associate Research Manager oversees the research activities and staff of the PANDA Unit.

The Assessment Officer will take responsibility for the Joint Market Monitoring Initiative (JMMI) research cycle which records prices and stock levels across Sudan on a monthly basis.

Prepare and maintain country annual accounts in accordance with IMPACT’s Financial Policies and procedures.

Ensure that data is revised and cleaned, with all revisions recorded as per IMPACT data management guidelines.

Oversee all Research Cycles, including reviewing ToRs, methodology notes, tools, products and dissemination strategies.

Support the development of qualitative and quantitative data collection tools, ensuring requirements of research cycle/assessment are met;

Due attention must be paid to ensuring that communities are adequately consulted and informed about IMPACT’s programme objectives, activities

Supervise all stages of program implementation, any progress and delays, receiving regular updates from team members providing inputs when required.

Contribute towards the identification and implementation of effective and adapted data management and analysis solutions for IMPACT research in Uganda, in line with IMPACT’s relevant research and data guidelines.

Oversee all Research Cycles, including reviewing ToRs, methodology notes, tools, products and dissemination strategies

Development and implementation of capacity training plans for team members
