The successful candidate will assist in conducting IT audits, evaluating internal controls, and supporting cybersecurity reviews to enhance system assurance and compliance.

The Graduate Trainee - IT Networks & Infrastructure will support the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of the Bank’s network and server infrastructure.

The Graduate Trainee - IT Applications will support the smooth running of core business applications by performing level one support and helping with updates, installations, and testing.

This role offers a learning opportunity to a passionate IT graduate interested in software development, where the trainee will support in the design, development, testing, and implementation of digital solutions.

You will prepare and oversee loan documentation i.e. offer letters, Bank Guarantees, mortgage deeds, standard credit terms and conditions, liens and ensure that documentation prepared complies

The role holder will be responsible for the oversight and management of the Bank’s interest Rate Risk, Currency/Foreign Exchange Risk, Liquidity Risk, market risk and overall Enterprise Risk.

Responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing partnerships that help the Bank expand into new business areas while strengthening its core mandate and enhancing the value of its services.

You will Provide a pro-active business banking sales and service management function that will retain and grow a portfolio of SME customers

You will implement the branch distribution & optimization strategy in line with Business growth & development, risk management, customer experience

She/he will implement the HFB procedures during recruitment, loan application, appraisal, loan disbursement and recovery.
