The Relationship Manager Home Loans is accountable for the growth of the Bank’s Mortgage business through sales, service and retention of a specified portfolio

Provide a pro-active business banking sales and service management function that will retain and grow a portfolio of SME customers

Ensure renewal of Bancassurance licenses annually as well as initiate and ensure establishment of a tariff for insurance products.

Prepare system documentation to provide user support for programs and for production/operating procedures.

Develop strategies to grow the branch‘s Liability base and asset portfolios in line with the Bank’s strategy

Conduct technology risk assessment for the technology environment, report all inherent technology risks associated.

Continuously engage users to obtain feedback on functionality of different applications and feedback to the Business Technology Teams

Regularly check user computing devices to ensure up to date anti-virus solutions are running, integrity of data

Providing guidance over the general activities and concerns on the HFB’s Technology functions including governance, policy, control design and general operational effectiveness.

Deploy new Unix servers as needed, ensuring they are configured properly for the organization's requirements

Process transfers and keep appropriate records regardless of whether the securities have been issued in book-entry form or as certificates.

Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the IT infrastructure
