The Finance and Grants manager-SAYE will maintain the SAYE grants Portfolio.

Provide MELs support to the DREEM Hub project and, as such, work in close collaboration.

Provide guidance to the hiring managers on job reviews and development of job descriptions, grading, process.

Maintain high-quality HR records and systems. Keep local and global HRIS systems up to date.

Ensure all annual learning plans are delivered on time and in full to result in the continuous capacity building of country talent.
