Conduct repairs or replacements of faulty components, parts, or systems as needed to restore equipment or facilities to operational status

Regularly backup critical data, test backup systems, and develop recovery plans in case of system failures or data loss.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance programs, and repair plans to ensure the efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities

Monitor stock levels, track inventory movements, and conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile discrepancies.

Operate commercial trucks to transport goods and materials over long distances or local routes, following specified routes and schedules.

Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts, record journal entries, and reconcile balance sheet accounts

Participate in contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, or clients to finalize contract terms, resolve issues, and reach mutually acceptable agreements.

Control the flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic through construction work zones using hand signals, flags, signs, or signal paddles.

Coordinate operational activities, including scheduling, routing, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles, personnel, or equipment.

Respond to customer inquiries, questions, or requests via phone, email, chat, or social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

Help maintain order and organization in loading and unloading areas, ensuring that trucks are parked in designated spots and traffic flow is maintained.

Operate the weighbridge equipment to accurately weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles, such as trucks, trailers, and containers.
