You are a master coordinator and exceptional project manager.

You will analyze and manipulate quantitative and qualitative data using advanced statistical software (e.g., Stata, SPSS) and programming languages

Develop, implement, and continuously refine data analytics systems and tools

Engage in lead generation and prospect research, including supporting Educate!’s engagement in regional and global conferences.

Ensure that Airtime for the implementation of VIP boot camp are disbursed in a timely manner.

Manage camp supplies, inventory, and procurement.

Manage Uganda performance Metrics Team on their weekly tasks, to ensure efficient, accurate, and high quality performance metrics system management and reporting

You are passionate about youth development and social impact, and you are committed to empowering young women in rural communities.

Supporting the Finance manager with other finance administrative tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Instill a culture of cost effectiveness and thinking about scalable costs as teams develop budgets and proposals.
