The Job has been designed by the management for the purpose of managing the credit risks for the overall bank’s credit portfolio.

Develop and execute audit plan for the assigned portfolio.

Ecobank, a leading Pan-African banking institution, is offering an exciting opportunity for 10 dynamic, ambitious, and talented graduates to join our team as Trainees.

Facilitate quarterly steering committee meetings with key strategic partners to ensure that necessary governance and compliance are in place

Ensure compliance with the condition’s precedent to approval and covenant monitoring i.e. (Insurance, Valuation, Account Turnover, Deferrals, CAs, Collateral Inspection).

Develop leadership and talent within the organization with associated performance management on an immediate, one year, three year basis

Ensure that credit application are reviewed and loan accounts are monitored on a regular basis to maintain a high portfolio quality

Ensure all branding, communication & overall marketing activities and campaigns are produced and executed within budget for returns on equity.

Monitoring of existing credit portfolio by preventing potential risk accounts from rolling into delinquent buckets and prevent overdues.

Facilitate quarterly steering committee meetings with key strategic partners to ensure that necessary governance and compliance are in place

Timely preparation, authentication, and circulation of segment performance for weekly and monthly performance sessions.
