Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies for the album.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer queries/issues in a timely manner.

Preparation in conjunction with Marketing Executive’s Product Demonstrations, Power point Presentations and Proof of concept (POC).

Develop commercial initiatives to drive electricity sales, appliances sales and development of income generating activities using our energy services.

Stayup-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards related to debt collection.

Manage daily settlement and collection of payments and ensure all monies collected from customers are banked on company-authorized bank accounts on a daily basis.

Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employees are meeting performance expectations and goals.

Ensure financial compliance with all relevant laws and regulations e.g. Tax laws. Oversee the timely preparation of company’s tax returns and other statutory deductions.

Conduct basic research to measure the impact of company marketing and promotional activities on market access and sales.

Asking questions to understand customer requirements and articulating our customer value proposition to efficiently close sales and meet your sales

Manage the procurement process, including issuing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and evaluating vendor proposals to ensure the best value for the project.

The Human Resource will ensure that the right staff are recruited and retained in the organization and to develop strategies, policies, processes and procedures that govern the administration function of the company.
