Build KA and ABP training and development plans in conjunction with sales training (one portfolio beer and spirits).

Ensure financial management of BAU AOP meets required standards of forecast accuracy and O&R reporting

Support end to end execution of category strategies across geographical and organizational boundaries.

Work closely with the field sales team to provide sufficient reporting and dashboard management for the sales force.

Ability to develop strong relationships with trade partners, especially through leveraging credibility vs. being seen as a brand salesperson.

Implement process and systems to drive customer profitability and achievement of long-term business sustainability for the CD’s.

The role will require the incumbent to lead and manage value creating partnerships with key customers in the top end of the trade landscape, specifically TLA & RLA Customers.

Develop and publish Daily inbound and outbound transport plans using the TMS.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our brands are successfully promoted, readily available and well presented to anyone who wants to buy them.
