The Research & Drug Discovery Scientist position at Dei BioPharma Ltd is a full-time role based in Kampala, Uganda. Dei BioPharma is a leading pharmaceutical company specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of innovative medicines and nutraceuticals, including treatments for diseases like cancer and malaria. Their facility also produces Covid-19 therapeutic medications and vaccines, positioning them as a key player in African healthcare.

Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (e.g., brochures, forms).

Recruit, train, and supervise IT staff, including system administrators, network engineers, and support technicians.

Contact prospective clients via cold calls, emails, and meetings to present the company’s products or services.

Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends, competitor performance, and customer preferences.

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

Regularly inspect and maintain the vehicle to ensure it is clean, presentable, and in good working condition.
