The Graduate Trainee will support the Programme Development & Grants Coordinator in fundraising activities such as proposal development and efficient grants management for DCA Uganda Programme.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and adherence to design specifications and safety standards.

Liaise with Line Managers to track, update and monitor training progress for all staff as identified on the EDR.

Ensure project reports are timely produced and shared to donors and stakeholders according to agreed reporting guidelines.

The Programme Officer is responsible for identifying, coordinating, and engaging in relevant partnerships, networks, and other forums within DCA’s Fight Extreme Inequality goal.

Responsible for overseeing the designing, implementation, monitoring & evaluation of nutrition programs under the project aiming at improving the nutritional status of pregnant and lactating mothers.

Responsible for technical oversight and optimizing the agricultural production processes by target beneficiaries, as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Responsible for spearheading the implementation of a robust monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning system.

The Production and Marketing Assistant will be a vital part of our team, working directly with local communities to implement the food security and nutrition programs and initiatives.
