In this role, you will ensure efficient processes, finance organization, cost efficiency, revenue maximization and cash collection.

provide a high standard of care (diagnosis & management especially surgery) to patients with Orthopedic and all musculoskeletal conditions.

The major purpose of this job is to dispense and compound medicines according to prescriptions provided.

Proficiently perform/maintain approved standard laboratory procedures.

support the smooth running of the administrative part of the hospital by providing necessary supervision of the outsourced service providers

Mapping out additional donors (including international Foundations) and establishing relationships with them

Monitor the separation of Donor funds and financial process from internally generated funds/Hospital private financial operations.

Contribution made to articles, interviews, and features about CORSU in the compilation of the Annual Report and Newsletters, etc.

Up to date HR information system (documentation) maintained on all staff (the employees & non-employees) personnel records regarding (biodata updates, salary, leave and others).

Cash Receipts posted and daily cash collection report reconciled. Errors due to wrong postings identified and corrected.

Compiling and sending out information packs to potential donors and supporters as requested.

He/she should analyze other infrastructure improvement requirements and provide reports to ensure effective and sufficient delivery of the maintenance services
