Responsible for the stewardship of Cordaid assets and reputation by ensuring compliance with local laws, regulations, internal procedures and member/donor requirements

The job holder will be responsible for strategically positioning the Cordaid East and Southern Africa Cluster through creating effective partnerships with donors and partners.

Liaise (project) quality data with existing Cordaid systems i.e. Dev results and national Health information systems

Ensures efficient use of resources and controls quality of work as outlined in the approved technical and financial proposal

Estimate and establish budgets for purchases, review vendor and supplier documentation, issue purchase requests and follow up on procurement decisions.

Collect random samples from the department registers and provide client relevant information for quarterly client satisfaction surveys to be done by the contracted CBO’s.

Ensure the Verification Officers conduct the quarterly quantity audits at contracted departments timely and accurately.

Conduct reconciliation of payments and submit a trend analysis report of the payments for review and planning purpose.

The verification officer will work closely with the lead verifier to conduct monthly quantity verification of services delivered by the contracted health facilities throughout the project life time.
