The Project Assistant will implement and coordinate the ECD component of “The Uganda Refugee and Host Community Integrated Resilience” project activities in Palorinya refugee settlement

The Project Manager will provide overall leadership and management of an Integrated Early Childhood Education (ECE), child protection, and livelihood project in Parolinya Refugee settlement.

You will support the implementation of project activities on the Uganda Refugee and Host Community Integrated Resilience Project in Parolinya Refugee settlement

Coordinate employee engagement and logistics for face-to-face trainings and activities in assigned Country Office

Prepares, implements and coordinates annual procurement schedules which agree with the cash flow projections for each department, unit or project

Responsible for ensuring proper organizational registration in salesforce of all newly funded grants/contracts at Country level.

Coordinate with International Office departments and Regional Directors to meet global and local financial management and reporting needs.

Ensures that washrooms are kept clean and well stocked with necessities (toilet paper, towels, spays etc) every day.

In partnership with country office finance management, assist the project in bank account and signature requirements.

Support in organizing events and trainings for parents, Care givers, and Community leaders.

Ensure continuous monitoring of the implementation of project activities to ensure quality implementation.
