The Sales Administrator is responsible for aiding our growth and diversification in the Corporate, NGO & B2C sectors by providing professional office based administrative support to the sales team

Liaise with finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and invoicing of sold trucks and equipment.

Follow up in-bound telephone inquiries, walk in prospects and digital/social media inquiries within response Service level agreements.

Achieve sales targets for brand products & services through penetration of new markets and retention of existing customers.

Assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues related to payments and providing any related information.

Collaborate with agency teams to effectively implement CFAO Mobility's short, medium, and long-term communication and events objectives.

Customer communication: Query handling/resolution as well as maintenance of an accurate debtors' database

Actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to develop skills and knowledge relevant to the industry or field of work.

To provide administrative support to the Sales team by administering the sales information system while supporting the smooth running of the sales department.

To ensure excellent customer service through effective identification of customer requests for diagnosis, in addition to accurate and timely diagnosis and repairs of the vehicle faults while resolving the customer complaints in a timely manner.

To ensure customer satisfaction through accurately interpreting customer needs and communicating them to the workshop staff hence fixing the job right.
