Responsible for the operational aspects of Capital Management in the bank

Provide best in class cyber security assurance support in line with business needs by offering specialized technical security knowledge

Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the project management process, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of projects.

Responsible for the implementation of the Bank's Sustainability and Corporate Affairs strategy to enhance the Bank's reputation d stakeholder management.

Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, team members, and management.

Develop, implement, and manage backup and recovery strategies to ensure data protection.

Identify, scan, and analyze vulnerabilities on the bank network through the SIEM and real time scans to enable safety in the bank network

Sensitize and train staff on Bank products, services & customer service standards in line with Customer Service Standards

Handle the logistical arrangements for board meetings, including venue booking, travel arrangements, and catering.

Establish the needs of users and monitor database user access, permissions, privileges, and security.

Analysis and resolution of system related issues which have been raised by users or proactively identified through monitoring and batch processing.
