The Research Assistants will work under the supervision of Vines Project Officer-MEAL and will be responsible for collection of panel data from the Vines project participants

The SILC Field Agent is responsible for facilitating and supporting community-led savings and lending groups, focusing on financial inclusion, empowerment, and self-sustainability.

You will provide technical advice, guidance, and support to a wide range of program design and implementation issues focusing on Strategic Learning

Organize and deliver training workshops on disaster preparedness for staff, community members, and stakeholders.

Coordinate and monitor financial and material resources relevant to project needs. Through planning and oversight ensure efficient use of project resources.

Establish and manage dynamic feedback systems to capture experiential learning and unintended consequences.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with donor requirements.

Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business objectives.

Establish and manage feedback and complaint mechanisms to ensure stakeholder voices are heard and addressed.

Assist MSMEs in identifying and accessing appropriate funding sources, including grants, loans, and equity investments.

Establish and maintain partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance project outcomes.
