C-Care Uganda is looking for a Call Center Retention Agent to enhance customer retention by providing excellent service, addressing client concerns, and promoting the organization's healthcare services.

The Radiographer will Provide a high quality, efficient and effective Radiology services

You will Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients on behalf of C lab in order to grow the company’s brand market share and services.

Providing guidance and training to other employees on internal control procedures and ensuring proper understanding of control responsibilities.

Prepare detailed financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for internal use by management

Accurately measure, count, and prepare medications for dispensing based on prescriptions from healthcare providers.

Assist qualified nursing staff by giving basic care, taking vital signs, administering hygienic care, assist with patient feeding

Directly work with the medical officer and ensure that patient has been reviewed and new instructions promptly followed.

Constantly ensure that the structure of the organisation is adequate with regards to evolving business needs.

Reviewing and approving credit applications from customers and suppliers

Proactively seeking feedback about our services, we willingly take the necessary actions for redress, where needed
