Coordinate the drafting process for financial and narrative reports, ensuring submission deadlines are met.

Lead the overall planning, coordination and execution of GESI-focused technical support to the country program team.

Coordinate closure of internal audit external audit, and regulatory observations before the due dates of the actions.

Participate in regular coordination meetings with all the actors in the district, the sub counties and parish levels

Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

Provide support to other teams as needed, leveraging knowledge of product features, project timelines and deliverables.

Ensure financial viability of the project, strategic partnerships and resource mobilization as well as compliance to the audit guidelines.

Organize and facilitate social empowerment training for participants; provide support to connect program participants with broader linkage services.

Analyze, summarize, and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual in-house and field reports to the supervisor and relevant stakeholders.

Support teams nationwide to ensure all opportunities, proposals, contracts, and amendments follow BRAC processes.
