To coordinate all activities, including but not limited to family planning/MCH service delivery, outreaches, capacity strengthening, mentorship, community mobilization, stock status monitoring and redistribution

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, planning, and implementation of the project, ensuring that it meets its objectives and delivers high-quality results in a timely manner.

The Regional Coordinators are responsible for overseeing and managing BFU programs within their respective regions, ensuring that technical, quality, and operational standards are maintained.

Provide administrative support for regulatory affairs, ensuring effective documentation, compliance monitoring, and maintenance of research studies.

The data officer provides operational support for the HIV prevention and Care Interventions for Youth in Uganda (HIP-CY) study including but not limited to participant list generation, data entry, data quality control

The study coordinator provides broad operational support for the HIP-CY study, including but not limited to the planning, scheduling, and overseeing the conduct of all day-to-day study activities

The study nurse provides operational support for the HIV prevention and Care Interventions for Youth in Uganda (HIP-CY) study including but not limited to participant triage, sample collection, data quality control support

You will collect, manage, and process clinic data, ensure accurate data entry, reporting and contribute to maintaining data quality and confidentiality in line with clinic requirements and M&E guidelines.

You will review and monitor the implementation of policies and procedures for general office administration, fleet, asset, and inventory management in line with the departmental mission.

The overall purpose of this job is to ensure project planning and management, coordination of quality and effective referral system for social and clinical-based services

You will Review and monitor the implementation of the procurement cycle policy and guidelines for the timely availability of quality goods works and services

You will Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the HIV/TB work plan in the Cluster districts under Baylor Foundation Uganda as the Sub-recipient (SR) of the GC7 grant.
