Plan the order of the fields to be monitored according to the developed Schedule

Ensure good quality of packaging and storage materials

Listen to machine sounds, analyze performance during daily checkups, and communicate anomalies to mechanics.

Conduct daily machine inspections, diagnose issues, and recommend preventive maintenance to maintain machine fitness.

Ensuring the machines have inputs (fuel, seed, fertilizer and chemicals) they need for the timely execution of their tasks,

Company and employee event and activity logistics and Training support and logistics planning

Monitor compliance on key policies, including but not limited to the Conflict of Interest Policy, the Code of Conduct, Attendance Policy etc

Collaborate with VTEs (Village Technical Experts) and Lead Farmers to qualify farmers during registration and recruitment processes.

Implement and manage access controls to safeguard sensitive data and regularly perform backups to prevent data loss.

Ensuring that the plant population is within the required threshold, seed is covered and planting with the right condition

Follow up the ordered purchase item and check and follow up the statues 6. Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials.

Maintain records of all tests carried out and retain samples for specified periods as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
