Monitor the implementation and ensure compliance to HR policies, procedures and processes in line with the HR Manual and company guidelines at the branch.

Provide oversight and ensure the organization's financial practices align with the company objectives and growth aspirations.

Present, promote and sell products/ services to existing and prospective customers, especially boda products.

Assist in organizing training sessions and awareness programs to educate employees on compliance policies and internal control procedures.

Participate in the stock taking of assets and assist the operations team with recording and tracking company inventory.

Monitoring tracking devices in clients’ motorbikes and reporting suspicious behavior (including nights and weekends as needed).

Prepare and submit monthly reports of sales made, customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential of new products and services in line with departmental guidelines.

Draft and review contracts entered into by the Company in its operations including but not limited to procurement of goods, services and engagement with partners.

Liaise with outsourced security guards and provide backup security while on the company premises in line with company guidelines.
