The Logistics Officer (LO) will perform and apply appropriate processes, procedures and policies that support the efficient and effective supply chain and procurement services.

The Procurement Assistant will be responsible for processing procurement requisitions, sourcing, evaluation, order placements for procurements within the threshold of cash and receipt

The role will be key in furthering and developing ALIGHT approaches, partnerships and technical thinking in these areas

The Administrative Assistant will be will be responsible for providing general Administrative support at the field level to ensure that the office is running in a smooth and efficient manner.

The Child Protection Technical Coordinator will provide technical leadership, planning ,design, coordination, monitoring, resource mobilization and implementation of quality child protection

The Communications Coordinator is responsible for pushing forward the design and implementation of the proposed Alight Uganda Communication strategy

Ensuring that the mandate and core values of ALIGHT are always represented and protected in the actions of the psychological counselor of ALIGHT internally and externally while on duty as well as off duty.

Monitor and evaluate livelihoods activities planning and implementation, with a focus on identification of potential markets for livelihoods beneficiaries

Verify all payments and PRFs for proper fund, donor and account coding, budget availability, accuracy and completeness.

In coordination with the line Manager work to have in place effective and consistent monitoring and evaluation mechanisms for PSEA/CP.

Integration of Child Protection interventions with other technical issues and grant opportunities to overcome funding gaps.

In liaison with the Livelihoods Officer prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual work plans and reports.
