Monitors the performance of passive contractors and ensures delivery within the agreed SLAs.

Recommend changes to products and services based on the analysis of the trends and patterns identified in the real-time operational performance data.

To grow and maintain existing data customers as well as implement and ensure that the Data products are as per the agreed marketing submissions in respect to tariffs, product performance and customer experience so as to increase data revenue through increasing and retaining data subscribers.

The position is responsible for the Airtel Money relationship with all Education Institutions.
